Terms of Service

These terms are a working draft and will be reviewed by counsel before any public launch.

By using BoardVault you agree to use the service for lawful board and committee governance, keep your sign-in details confidential, and only upload materials you have the right to share with the people in that workspace.

Organisation workspaces are controlled by the organisation. Personal workspaces are controlled by the director who created them. You must not attempt to access another board’s papers without permission.

We may suspend an account that puts the service, other users, or confidential board material at risk. The service is provided as-is while it is in private development; we will notify paying customers of any committed availability terms separately.
